Surveys are administered to selected cohorts, and the resulting data is analyzed using AI to provide real-time insights and analytics. PulseAI Research is designed for iterative customization of surveys, ensuring optimal relevance and accuracy. The platform operates in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, ensuring user data security and confidentiality.
3. Roles We Play
In relation to the PulseAI Research platform, PulseAI Research acts as both a data controller and a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy regulations.
As the data controller, PulseAI Research determines the purposes and means of processing personal data in connection with the operation of the PulseAI Research platform, including the creation, distribution, and analysis of surveys, as well as audience segmentation. PulseAI Research is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including ensuring the secure handling, storage of information provided by users, and for maintaining transparency regarding the collection, use, and sharing of such data.
As the data processor, PulseAI Research processes personal data provided by users in connection with the surveys, including demographic, behavioral, and engagement data derived from Smytten's user base. PulseAI Research shall process such data solely for the purposes of administering surveys, segmenting relevant audiences, and providing insights to survey creators, all in strict accordance with the user's documented instructions. PulseAI Research will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Behavioral and Engagement Data: This includes data on user activity within the Smytten platform such as browsing behavior, purchase history, and engagement with other products and services on the platform.
Survey Responses: The survey responses provided by the Smytten users after completing the survey.
• AI Interaction Data
During the survey creation process, the AI bot may gather and analyze text-based interactions, user inputs, and other interactions related to designing the survey or refining it through conversation.
5. Use of Information
- Survey Creation and Customization
We use the information provided by you to create, refine, and customize your survey. PulseAI Research bot will interact with you to understand your research goals, objectives, and methodology, and will scrape relevant information from the web to support survey design. - Audience Targeting and Selection
Based on the research objectives and other details shared by you, the bot will recommend an appropriate segment of the Smytten user base (audience) that aligns with your target demographic. You can either accept the bot's audience selection or manually choose from the available pool of Smytten users. - Survey Distribution and Data Collection
Once the survey is finalized, it will be distributed to the selected audience through the platform. The survey responses will be collected and made available for analysis. - Data Analysis and Reporting
